Introduction 0:06 Hello! The last step to get started: connecting your stations. Everything goes through a connection URL, linked to a token. The three URL types 0:16 First, the token’s URL type. “Organization”, the default, gives a single URL for all your stations: each one adds its own identifier to it. 0:27 “Cloud” is for stations that pick Chargekeeper from a list. The station then sends only its identifier: enter it in the token, exactly the same, or the station is rejected. One token per station. 0:39 “Backward compatible” is the old format: a long URL, specific to the token. It is the only one that accepts the SOAP format. Tokens 0:49 In “Charging Stations”, open the “Connect a charger” tab. Each token has a status: “Valid”, “Expired” or “Revoked”. 0:58 This one is for the stations of the Lyon Sud depot: you can see its URL type, its site area and its expiry date. Creating a token 1:06 To create one, click “Create” and give it a description. 1:12 In “OCPP URL”, the “Organization” type is selected by default. Choose the format and OCPP version of your stations, here JSON and 1.6. 1:24 Keep the “Secure” encryption. If needed, set the default associated site and the token's expiry date. 1:33 The OCPP URL and its port appear once the token is saved. Setting up the station 1:40 Copy it with “Copy OCPP URL”, then enter it in the station's configuration. 1:48 On its first connection, the station appears in the list, active, attached to the token's site area and company. An expired token, however, is rejected. Key takeaways 2:01 Key points: in “Charging Stations”, “Connect a charger” tab, create a token. With the “Cloud” type, enter the station’s exact identifier. Copy its OCPP URL into the station: on its first connection, it appears in the list. 2:18 You are ready to start! In the next section: managing stations, starting with finding and opening a station.
